Job summary

Davies is seeking a Litigated File Handler in Bolton to manage a caseload of lititgated RTA fraud cases under Delegated Authority for insurance clients. You will work with fraud specialists, Team Leader and Lead Lawyer to pursue commercially sound outcomes, maintaining strict deadlines and case management discipline.

The role requires civil litigation experience, strong advocacy and analytical skills, with a clear understanding of CPR, protocol guidelines and client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil litigation claims handling or as a legal File Handler.
• Understanding of CPR, Personal Injury Protocols and case portals.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run fraud cases from litigation through to resolution.
• Review and analyse evidence; set case strategy with Lead Lawyer.
• Ensure adherence to processes and deadlines; maintain case management systems.
• Identify strategic litigation opportunities and achieve client KPIs.
