Davies seeks a Litigated File Handler - Delegated in Bolton to lead a portfolio of fraud-related RTA cases under delegated authority. You will collaborate with Lead Lawyers, manage litigation timelines, and drive commercially sound outcomes for clients.

The role requires experience in civil litigation, strong advocacy, and high analytical ability, with a focus on fixed-fee arrangements and proactive case management.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil litigation claims handling / as a legal File Handler.
• Experience with RTA pre-litigated and/or litigated caseload.
• Understanding of insurance litigation processes and indemnity principles.

Responsibilities

• Run fraud cases from litigation to resolution.
• Follow case strategy and adhere to deadlines.
• Maintain case management systems accurately from opening to closure.
• Ensure timely billing and client communication.
• Meet client and internal KPIs.
