Responsibilities

• Monitor aircraft load control activities to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
• Oversee ULD build-up and loading against aircraft allocation plans.
• Support fuel optimisation and monitor operational performance across the network.
• Identify and resolve operational risks, disruptions, or issues as required.
• Review flight performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure operational data, timestamps, and delay codes are recorded accurately and submitted on time.
• Coordinate fueling activities and support aircraft turnaround operations.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Support compliance with aviation safety regulations and load planning requirements.
• Deliver a professional service to flight crews and operational stakeholders.
