• Support planning and delivery of the flight programme in line with budget and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage operational disruptions and implement recovery plans.
• Arrange key services including permits, handling, slots, fuel and cargo.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers and airline partners.
• Review supplier costs and maintain accurate operational records.
• Support route analysis, airport handling requests and operational planning.

This is a key role at the centre of flight planning, charter coordination and airline liaison. You will ensure the efficient, compliant and cost-effective delivery of the flight programme, working closely with internal teams and global partners.
