The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, and expansion into Oil & Gas, Commercial Marine, and Defence sectors. You will mentor high-performing teams and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading HVAC service operations in industrial, marine, offshore, or defence sectors.
• Strong P&L ownership with revenue and profitability growth.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and remote teams.
• Excellent customer relationship management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK HVAC Service P&L, delivering revenue, margin, and cash flow targets.
• Lead service operations across Aberdeen and Basildon with effective resource planning.
• Drive service growth through contracts, renewals, and new offerings.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across the business.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to expand market share.
