Job summary

Eley Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Director to lead service delivery, customer excellence and operational performance across a multi-site engineering business.

With responsibility for a team of six and travel across the South East, you will drive service standards, support growth through acquisitions and embed best-practice processes to double the engineering workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Director or Head of Service within a service-led engineering business.
• Background in Mechanical Maintenance, HVAC, Building Services or similar.
• Strong leadership, commercial and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service management team.
• Drive service delivery, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Implement and maintain service excellence standards across multiple offices.
• Support the integration of acquired businesses, embedding culture, processes and best practice.
• Work closely with Division Directors responsible for relevant services.
• Develop scalable systems and processes to support growth.
• Play a key role in the company's plan to double its engineering workforce.
