Job summary

QinetiQ Limited is seeking a Security Services Administrator - Vetting to manage the pre-employment screening for employees, contractors and associates. You will administer the vetting lifecycle in line with HMG guidance and company procedures, processing clearances and tracking expiries.

You will also provide guidance on BPSS and national security vetting, engaging with external partners to ensure timely completion while upholding data protection standards and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• A-Levels or college qualification in business administration.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT applications.
• Understanding of pre-employment screening and national security vetting processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pre-employment screening is carried out for all employees, contractors and associates.
• Administer all elements of the Security Vetting Lifecycle per policy and guidance.
• Process and record vetting applications/clearances and monitor expiries for renewals.
• Liaise with external partners (Giant and UKSV) to deliver vetting and advise on procedures.
