Job summary

Kraken Technology Group Limited is seeking a Vetting Administrator to support personnel security processes across the business in a structured environment. You will coordinate BPSS screening, UKSV applications and clearance activity, while maintaining accurate records and providing guidance to employees and managers throughout vetting.

Qualifications

• Experience in confidential, regulated or structured environments.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency using databases, spreadsheets and administrative systems.
• High integrity and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Proactive and dependable approach to work.
• Eligibility to obtain the required UK Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BPSS screening activities and UKSV applications.
• Administer and support vetting for employees and contractors.
• Monitor screening progress and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate security records, registries and databases.
• Support overseas travel and visitor management related to security.
• Assist with security clearance reviews, renewals and aftercare.
• Contribute to continual improvement of personnel security processes.
