SiXworks is seeking a Vetting Administrator to support compliance and onboarding. You will ensure personnel meet strict regulatory standards, perform BPSS pre-vetting, and manage the NSV clearance process while aligning security policies with HR.

You will also coordinate security awareness training and oversee UKSV reporting for incidents and staff travel. The role requires familiarity with government standards and the Official Secrets Act, and eligibility for UK security clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an administration role in an office environment is desirable.
• Working in a security vetting environment is desirable.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Support compliance and onboarding processes to ensure personnel meet regulatory standards.
• Carry out and monitor security controls for personnel security for NSV staff and new joiners.
• Ensure personnel security policies align with HR and welfare policies.
• Manage pre-vetting checks (BPSS) and NSV Vetting process (SC).
• Ensure aftercare for staff with NSV clearance and compliance with the Official Secrets Act.
• Arrange security education and awareness training for staff.
• Brief/de-brief cleared staff travelling for business or private reasons.
• Report incidents affecting NSV clearance to UKSV using appropriate channels.
• Oversee UKSV access and vetting sponsor activities for subordinate accounts.
• Embed ongoing personnel security in company practices.
• Maintain a personnel security Risk Register and mitigate identified risks.
• Coordinate site visits/inspections by government representatives and ensure records comply.
