Leidos is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our National Security and Defence division with a focus on Home Office and related UK security organisations. The role is UK-wide with travel to Farnborough and customer sites, reporting to the BD Director for NS&D.

You will lead business development activities, manage a healthy pipeline, and build trusted customer relationships while shaping differentiated, customer-focused propositions with capture, bid, technical and delivery teams.

Formación

• Experience developing and winning opportunities in digital transformation, technology or professional services for Home Office or National Security.
• Proven ability to build trusted customer and stakeholder relationships and translate needs into propositions.
• Track record of delivering growth and meeting challenging targets.
• Experience leading high-value pursuits and contracts; experience >£15m is relevant.
• Knowledge of UK Government procurement, frameworks and buying behaviours.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and lead BD activities contributing to growth and targets in UK NS area.
• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline for 2–5 year growth and UK strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with Home Office and National Security customers and partners.
• Collaborate with capture, bid, technical and delivery teams to shape propositions.
• Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with Leidos strengths and outcomes.
• Lead significant new-business campaigns across UK's National Security market.
• Provide direction and inclusive leadership across pursuits.
