• Extensive Defence & National Security business development experience across full lifecycle, from early campaign shaping to long-term growth.
• Proven ability to translate customer challenges into well-shaped opportunities and winning proposals.
• Strong understanding of Defence procurement processes and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to identification and prioritisation of Defence & National Security campaigns.
• Shape campaigns, define target customers, problem spaces and routes to market.
• Develop and execute campaign plans, creating momentum and aligning with internal teams.
