Job summary

Hartmann UK is seeking a Sales Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of training for the sales force and clinical educators. You will cover platforms such as 7 Steps Selling, Insights Learning, and Success Factors, plus onboarding and field-based training, with benchmarking across the team and collaboration with the UK leadership on national meetings.

You will develop sessions and materials, deliver blended learning for new hires, identify skills gaps through assessments, and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3 years’ training experience including delivery of training content for field-sales personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training to sales teams and clinical educators.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training sessions and material for sales force employees and clinical educators.
• Develop and deliver new hire training using blended learning with assessments and feedback to managers.
• Design and analyze assessments to identify skills gaps across field roles and training needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Compliance and Customer Service to align training with strategy.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness and performance improvements.
