Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3 years’ training experience including delivery of training content for field-sales personnel.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training sessions and material for sales force employees and clinical educators; align with business priorities.
• Develop and deliver new hire training using blended learning with home study, live sessions, and assessments.
• Design and analyze assessments to identify skills gaps across field roles.
• Collaborate with marketing to understand products and support tactical implementation of strategy.
• Monitor, analyze and communicate training effectiveness and identify new needs.
