Job summary

SumUp is seeking a sales training professional to onboard up to 60 new field sales representatives each month through a mix of live workshops and self-directed content. You will assess readiness via role-plays and accreditations, tracking activation and rep performance to drive commercial impact.

You will partner with the UK Field Sales Trainer and Training Team Lead to continuously improve programmes that drive sales volume and multi-product adoption, while collaborating with Territory Managers

Qualifications

• Excellent facilitation, coaching and feedback skills.
• Proven experience delivering live and virtual sales training.
• Ability to connect training initiatives to commercial outcomes.
• Experience creating training materials and self-directed content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding for up to 60 new field sales reps per month.
• Lead role-play assessments and accreditations.
• Track activation rates and performance data to measure impact.
• Design and improve programmes with Training Team Lead.
• Collaborate with recruiters and Sales Enablement to share insights.
