Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Technical Sales Manager to drive PPE and workwear solutions across the UK. You will develop new business, manage key relationships and promote above-the-neck PPE products.

The role requires strong technical PPE knowledge and a proactive, target-driven approach. You will travel nationally to meet customers, present product solutions and close deals, with a salary up to £55,000 base plus £10,000 commission.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role within the PPE, safety equipment or protective workwear sector.
• Specific experience selling above-the-neck PPE solutions (head, eye, face, hearing, respiratory).
• Strong understanding of technical PPE products and their applications.
• Experience developing new business and managing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercially minded with targets-focused drive.
• Willingness to travel nationally for visits and business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the UK for technical PPE and workwear solutions.
• Promote specialist above-the-neck PPE products and protection solutions.
• Identify potential customers and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximise sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Work with customers to meet PPE needs and industry standards.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate agreements and close sales.
• Aim to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and product innovations.
