Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive new business and manage key accounts across the UK in PPE and workwear. The role focuses on above-the-neck protective solutions and building lasting relationships.

You should combine technical PPE knowledge with strong sales skills, travel nationwide, and deliver proposals and demonstrations that meet industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience selling PPE or safety equipment
• Strong knowledge of above-the-neck PPE products
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel nationwide

Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities across the UK for technical PPE and workwear solutions.
• Promoting specialist above-the-neck PPE products and protection solutions.
• Identifying potential customers and building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Managing and growing existing customer accounts to maximise sales opportunities.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate technical solutions.
• Conducting customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Working closely with customers to understand their operational requirements, industry standards and PPE needs.
• Preparing quotations, negotiating commercial agreements and closing sales.
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the wider growth of the business.
• Keeping up to date with industry developments, customer requirements and product innovations.
