Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive PPE and workwear solutions across the UK. You will win new business, nurture key accounts and promote above-the-neck PPE products, balancing commercial drive with technical product knowledge.

The role is national in scope, with travel to client sites and presentations, a commission plan and company car or car allowance. A strong background in PPE sales and excellent communication are essential.

• Proven experience in a sales role within PPE, safety equipment or protective workwear sectors.
• Experience selling above-the-neck PPE solutions (head, eye, face, hearing, respiratory).

Technical Sales Manager – PPE & Workwear

Salary: Up to £55,000 basic + £10,000 commission

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Manager to join a growing business specialising in PPE and workwear solutions. This is a national sales role focused on developing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships, with a particular emphasis on technical PPE solutions and above-the-neck protection.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in PPE who understands the technical requirements of protective equipment and can confidently advise customers on suitable solutions for their workforce.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong commercial sales skills with technical product knowledge and enjoys building long-term relationships with customers across a national territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities across the UK for technical PPE and workwear solutions.
• Promoting specialist above-the-neck PPE products and protection solutions.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience in a sales role within the PPE, safety equipment or protective workwear sector.
• Specific experience selling above-the-neck PPE solutions, such as head, eye, face, hearing or respiratory protection.
• A strong understanding of technical PPE products and their applications.
• Experience developing new business and managing customer relationships.
• The ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
• The flexibility to travel nationally for customer visits and business development.

The Package

• Basic salary of up to £55,000, depending on experience.
