Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for PPE and workwear on a national UK basis. You will drive new business, manage key accounts and advise on protective equipment requirements across industries.

The role combines strong commercial sales skills with deep PPE product knowledge, focusing on above-the-neck protection and long-term client relationships, with a clear path to meeting ambitious targets nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven PPE sales experience with protective equipment knowledge.
• Experience selling above-the-neck PPE solutions and awareness of safety standards.
• Strong understanding of technical PPE products and applications.
• Track record in developing new business and managing customer relationships.
• Ability to assess customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercially driven with willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the UK for PPE and workwear.
• Promote specialist above-the-neck PPE products and protection solutions.
• Identify potential customers and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximise sales.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Work with customers to meet PPE needs and industry standards.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate agreements and close sales.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and product innovations.
