Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive PPE and workwear solutions across the UK in a national role. You will develop new business, manage client relationships and provide expert advice on above-the-neck protection.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales skills with deep technical PPE knowledge and is willing to travel nationwide to meet customer needs and demonstrate products, delivering effective solutions and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in PPE or protective workwear.
• Experience selling above-the-neck PPE products.
• Strong technical PPE product knowledge.
• Ability to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the UK for technical PPE and workwear solutions.
• Promote specialist above-the-neck PPE products and protection solutions.
• Identify potential customers and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximise sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Work closely with customers to understand their operational requirements, industry standards and PPE needs.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements and close sales.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the wider growth of the business.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, customer requirements and product innovations.
