Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a National Partnership Manager to build lasting customer partnerships and drive growth with ecological solutions. You will own relationships worth £5m+, lead a small team, and champion decarbonisation and resource conservation across multiple industries.

You will develop account plans, identify up-selling opportunities, and steer complex contracts and renewals while representing Veolia at industry events and delivering data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proven Account Management/Partnership experience driving senior-level stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of market dynamics.
• Experience in complex contract management and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with valued customers worth up to £5m+.
• Lead a team of up to 5 Executives and act as strategic voice for customers.
• Drive up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across sectors.
• Develop integrated Account Management Plans and drive co-innovation.
• Represent Veolia at sector events and manage contracts, renewals, SLAs.
