Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a Contract Representative to lead the Isle of Wight contract, overseeing senior client relations, performance reporting, and contract variations. You will directly manage operations across multiple sites, including a large fleet, with accountability for 120 staff and a strong focus on safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Isle of Wight Contract as Veolia's Contract Representative, managing senior-level client relationships and contract variations.
  • Direct operational responsibility for Lynbottom Waste Management Facility and Afton Marsh HWRC, including municipal, clinical and commercial collections and a fleet of about 40 vehicles.
  • Direct team management of 8 managers and ~120 staff; develop and implement succession plans.
  • Ensure full P&L ownership, budget delivery and business planning for new projects and variations.
  • Monitor KPIs, ensure health and safety, environmental and legal compliance, and drive continuous improvements.
