Job summary

Veolia is seeking a National Partnership Executive to manage key customer relationships across the UK and drive operational compliance and waste efficiency. The role focuses on auditing processes, resolving issues, and delivering performance improvements.

Ideal candidates will have account management experience in commercial waste, strong communication and project management skills, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace.

Salary: Competitive plus bonus, company car/cash allowance and pension

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Duration: 10 months FTC

Veolia is seeking a National Partnership Executive to manage and develop key customer relationships across the UK, while driving operational compliance, continuous improvement, and resource efficiency projects within the waste management sector. The role involves auditing processes, resolving operational issues, supporting customer reviews, and delivering performance improvements. Ideal candidates will have account management experience in commercial waste management, strong communication and project management skills, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace. What you'll be doing;

• Drive full compliance with agreed processes through a coaching and audit program at all locations, including customer premises and outlets, customer supply-chain and network locations, and subcontractors
• Resolve any operational issues arising from non-compliance with agreed procedure and co-ordinate corrective actions
• Provide timely and detailed reports on activities as required and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation ideas / projects
• Manage annual Christmas service and other seasonal / peak trading schedules
• Attend customer business reviews as required and contribute to and support service reviews to ensure operational efficiency is maintained

What we're looking for;

Essential

• Strong presentation, interpersonal & communication skills
• Process Improvement / Project Management experience (as lead or participant)
• This is a development role so you must have a willingness to be coached and
• supported to further develop your knowledge and abilities at a fast pace

Desirable

• Previous account/customer management within the Waste industry
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Office
