CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Nottingham is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee staff, operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services, and the building performance.

You will lead the Engineering team, ensure compliance with CBRE processes, deliver weekly client reports, develop financial plans for revenue and cost control, and foster a strong customer focus across operations.

Formación

• Previous contract management experience and knowledge of building services and legislation.
• Facilities Management experience; technical background desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills; ability to lead and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
• Understanding of Health and Safety issues; NEBOSH / IOSH training desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contract staff, operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services.
• Daily management of Engineering team and compliance with CBRE processes.
• Prepare weekly client operations reports and attend meetings.
• Develop contract financial plans for revenue, profit, cost reduction and contract growth.
• Maintain customer focus and relationships with client contacts.
