Rockstar National Field Manager (Urban Architect)

Contract: Full-time

Location: UK based, ideally central to northern UK.

Salary: £48k + 20% bonus potential + £6,000 car allowance + benefits including monthly Rockstar Energy Drinks, and incentives.

About the role:

Foster works with major brands in food & drink. This role involves working with Carlsberg Britvic and Rockstar Energy, leading a team of Territory Managers across the UK to grow distribution and awareness of Rockstar.

The details:

• Shape Rockstar's presence in UK cities, leading a team of tenacious Territory Managers
• Train and motivate your team to understand consumer behavior and unlock distribution opportunities
• Amplify work in each city, building relationships and unlocking distribution in key hotspots
• Drive visibility at events, festivals, and consumer hotspots
• Leverage major festivals and partnerships to boost sales and visibility
• Lead communication and share best practices within your team and with stakeholders
