A growing SME asset finance provider seeks ambitious Area Sales Managers to drive growth in their sales team across various sectors. You will acquire and manage new SME customers while enjoying a rewarding earnings potential with a well-respected company in the industry. Candidates must have strong business development experience, ideally in asset finance or capital equipment sales, and must be self-motivated and skilled in communication and negotiation.
We are working with an established but growing SME asset finance provider, who have significant growth plans within their sales team for the second half of 2025.
They are looking to recruit a number of Area Sales Managers in various locations in the North, who will be responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing new SME customers across a range of industry sectors, to include commercial vehicles, construction, manufacturing and engineering and agriculture.
We are looking for candidates who have proven new business development experience gained within either asset finance sales (broker or direct lender), or from capital equipment sales – commercial vehicle sales and construction equipment sales are of particular interest.
This is a home based, field based role requiring a high degree of self motivation, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
