Job summary

W Talent Property & Real Estate are partnered with a national retailer to deliver maintenance across 300+ sites. The Service Delivery Manager will lead reactive and planned maintenance delivery through the national service provider, ensuring safety, compliance and operational efficiency.

The role is field-based with 1–2 days on site per week and requires strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering reactive and planned maintenance across high-volume sites.
• Proven facilities/maintenance leadership in retail or similar sectors.
• Experience managing external contractors, KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with operational leaders and partners.
• Budget management experience and delivering value-for-money solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the national portfolio with the outsourced service provider.
• Ensure performance against maintenance and compliance SLAs.
• Plan and manage minor works projects from scope to completion.
• Oversee the outsourced facilities provider with regular site visits to assure service quality.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions to optimise site operations.
• Track OPEX and CAPEX, forecast, report and analyse to inform decisions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.
• Utilise data and insights to reduce recurring issues and drive safety compliance.
