NMS Recruit Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Service Delivery Manager to oversee reactive facilities requirements across a multi-site international portfolio. This back-office role focuses on commercial review, coordination of requests, and ensuring that works are justified, costed, approved and delivered.

The position offers autonomy across an international portfolio. The ideal candidate brings expertise in service delivery, stakeholder management, budget control and problem solving,

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, FM service delivery, estates or similar environments.
• Experience overseeing reactive works and facilities requests across multiple sites.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to assess quotations and costs.
• Experience working with external FM providers, contractors and service partners.
• Understanding of budget management and cost control.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage reactive facilities work requests across multiple sites and regions.
• Review requests for justification, scope and operational value.
• Assess quotations and expenditure for reasonableness and value for money.
• Challenge expenditure and request additional quotations when needed.
• Ensure information is complete and accurate before approval.
• Maintain records of requests, quotations, approvals, expenditure and completed works.
