W Talent Property & Real Estate are exclusively partnered with a national retailer to hire a Service Delivery Manager. This field-based role covers reactive and planned maintenance across a national portfolio, with leadership to the outsourced provider and collaboration with internal stakeholders to keep sites safe and compliant.

You will drive maintenance performance, manage budgets, and oversee OPEX/CAPEX while traveling to sites across the UK.

Competenze

• Experience managing reactive & planned maintenance across a high-volume portfolio.
• Experience with external contractors, KPIs and SLAs.
• Knowledge of compliance, health & safety requirements.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Lead planned and reactive maintenance across the national portfolio through the outsourced service provider.
• Ensure performance across maintenance and compliance in line with SLAs.
• Plan and manage minor works projects from scoping to completion.
• Proactively manage the outsourced facilities and maintenance provider, including weekly office visits.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including support functions, branch partners and operational leaders.
• OPEX and CAPEX tracking, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement (process improvements, cost efficiencies, service enhancements etc.).
• Use data and insights to improve service delivery and reduce recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, property and statutory maintenance requirements.
