Job summary

Bellrock is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the operational delivery of our contracted property maintenance services from Wakefield, with hybrid working and three days in the office. You will oversee engineering, supplier and admin teams, forging strong client relationships and delivering on KPIs.

You will ensure compliance with health and safety, regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvements while coordinating multiple projects across the estate.

Qualifications

• Have minimum 5 years in a similar role and environment with essential knowledge property/building maintenance and associated projects aligned to a Hard Services contract.
• Technically qualified, in either electrical, mechanical or similar qualification and/or higher education.
• Strong understanding of FM commercial models, PPM regimes, and contractual performance mechanisms.
• High level of competency in using technology – CAFM systems and reporting tools.
• Full driving licence – essential.
• Sound understanding of Health, Safety and environmental legislation and working practices (IOSH or NEBOSH desirable).
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) – essential.
• DBS Clearance.
• Understand & comply with companywide policies and procedures.
• Fully participate in training activities including e-learning.
• Contribute to departmental meetings and toolbox talks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of the contracted property maintenance services.
• Forge long-lasting client relationships and provide assurance to the client.
• Drive efficiency with Bellrock senior management across contractual requirements.
• Support Service Desk, Specialist suppliers, Project and Compliance teams.
• Conduct regular reviews with the client as required by the contract.
• Ensure KPI and SLA targets are met across the contract.
• Maintain safety regulations and risk assessments.
• Lead in the resolution of client-related issues or disputes.
