Job summary

New Look is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead reactive and preventative maintenance across its c.300 store estate in the UK & ROI. You will deliver a compliant, high‑quality facilities service for customers and staff while managing costs and contractor performance.

You will plan multi‑site projects, interpret lease obligations, and ensure safety compliance. A background in retail facilities, strong vendor management, and proficiency with CAFM/HEAT/VisionPro are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ retail experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of building fabric, HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Experience managing emergencies and coordinating follow-on works.
• Proficient with MS Office and CAFM/compliance systems (HEAT & VisionPro).
• Familiarity with BMS and energy optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reactive and preventative maintenance programmes within budget.
• Forecast capital and revenue spend and contribute to cost-control reviews.
• Manage external contractors to meet brand standards and timelines.
• Plan multiple projects concurrently and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure health, safety and asbestos compliance in all works.
