Job summary

St John Ambulance is seeking a National eLearning and Partnerships Executive to drive revenue growth through eLearning offerings and strategic partnerships. You will collaborate across Sales and Business Development to develop new in-house products and optimise partnerships for growth, including Live Online training and potential international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in eLearning, partnerships, business development or similar, with strong customer focus.
• Ability to build relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities and optimise services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the strategy to grow eLearning and partnership revenue across Sales and Business Development.
• Develop in-house eLearning products and optimise existing offerings to meet customer needs.
• Maintain relationships with commercial partners, ensuring effective account management and delivery.
• Identify new partnerships to create growth opportunities and expand eLearning.
• Support Live Online training solutions via partnerships and expand into areas like EAP.
• Assist pricing strategies and performance across eLearning and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Improve systems and processes to support efficient delivery and growth.
• Support LMS/TMS implementation and scaling of eLearning capability.
