Job summary

St John Ambulance is seeking a National eLearning & Partnerships Executive to grow our eLearning offering and partnership-based revenue across Sales and Business Development. You will help develop in-house products, optimise existing partnerships and identify new commercial opportunities.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to introduce Live Online training solutions, expand into Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) solutions, enhance customer experience and support

Qualifications

Experience in eLearning, partnerships or similar commercial roles.
Ability to develop new products and optimise services to grow revenue.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with external partners.
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Support strategy to grow eLearning and partnership revenue.
Develop new in-house eLearning products and optimise existing ones.
Build relationships with commercial partners and ensure delivery.
Identify new partnerships and expansion into areas like EAP.
Support pricing strategies and cross-functional delivery.
Collaborate across teams to deliver growth including international opportunities.
