Eutopia Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Enterprise Learning Solutions in London. This hybrid role involves driving enterprise opportunities, shaping tailored learning programs, and delivering measurable outcomes across industries.

You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, own opportunities from prospecting through to close, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer success and future growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B business development or strategic partnerships.
• Strong consultative and value‑based selling skills.
• Proven ability to win new business and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience selling complex solutions into enterprise clients.
• Comfort working in multi‑decision buyer environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close enterprise opportunities from initial contact to signed partnerships.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across HR, Learning & Development, Technology and Transformation.
• Understand client challenges and shape tailored learning solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful customer outcomes.
• Lead proposals, presentations and commercial conversations.
• Negotiate partnerships focused on long‑term value.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and client meetings.
