360 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Demolition Project / Site Manager to lead projects nationwide across the UK. You will oversee site setup to completion, ensuring safety, programme adherence and high standards.
The role requires Black CCDO Card, SMSTS, strong health & safety knowledge, and a full UK driving licence. Willingness to travel nationwide is essential; salary £45k-£65k with van and fuel card.

- Strong knowledge of demolition/site health & safety
- Confident managing site teams and subcontractors
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to work nationwide as projects require
Mansioni
- Managing demolition, enabling and associated site activities
- Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and plant
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and project requirements
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety across site
- Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks and daily site coordination
- Liaising with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders
- Monitoring progress, quality and site documentation
- Supporting the successful delivery of projects from mobilisation through to completion
