Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London seeks an experienced Demolition Site Manager to lead projects across the UK, delivering complex demolition, dismantling and enabling works.

You will manage site teams, subcontractors and plant, ensure programmes are met and uphold health, safety and environmental standards, reporting to project managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Demolition Site Manager.
• Strong demolition/dismantling background.
• SMSTS and CSCS held; First Aid desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing demolition projects safely and efficiently.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and plant.
• Ensuring works are delivered to programme.
• Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety.

DEMOLITION SITE MANAGER WANTED

We're currently looking for an experienced Demolition Site Manager to join a growing demolition contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across the UK.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience delivering demolition, dismantling and enabling works to step into a key role within an expanding team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing demolition projects safely and efficiently
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and plant
