Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Demolition Project / Site Manager to lead projects nationwide across the UK. You will oversee site setup to completion, ensuring safety, programme adherence and high standards.

The role requires Black CCDO Card, SMSTS, strong health & safety knowledge, and a full UK driving licence. Willingness to travel nationwide is essential; salary £45k-£65k with van and fuel card.

Demolition Project / Site Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE + Van + Fuel Card

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Demolition Project / Site Manager to join an award-winning and highly reputable specialist contractor delivering projects across the UK.

The business specialises in demolition, enabling works, earthworks and remediation, with a strong pipeline of projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, leisure, residential and industrial sectors.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing demolition projects from site set-up through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing demolition, enabling and associated site activities
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and plant
• Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and project requirements
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety across site
• Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks and daily site coordination
