Job summary

360 Recruitment is seeking a Demolition Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and petrochemical decommissioning projects across the South East England. You will drive delivery from pre-construction to completion, overseeing safety, schedule, and budget while coordinating site teams and clients.

The role requires proven demolition/decommissioning experience, CCDO card, full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel across projects in the South East.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering demolition and/or decommissioning projects.
• Experience working on industrial, petrochemical or nuclear projects.
• Knowledge of demolition methodologies, health & safety legislation, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage demolition and decommissioning projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant and resources.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Produce and review project programmes and progress reports.
• Manage client relationships and attend project meetings.
• Monitor project performance, budgets and commercial aspects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Drive operational excellence across multiple project sites.
