Job summary

PSR Solutions are recruiting a Demolition Project Manager to join their production team on a permanent basis, overseeing demolition projects across the West Midlands and nationwide. The role requires SMSTS CSCS / Gold Card, proven demolition project experience, a strong site presence and hands-on leadership, plus a valid driving licence.

The position offers a company vehicle, pension, 28 days holiday and training and development.

Qualifications

• SMSTS CSCS / Gold Card required.
• Must have demolition project experience.
• Strong site presence and hands-on leadership style.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate sites and determine demolition approach with safety and environmental considerations.
• Develop safety protocols and risk assessments to comply with regulations.
• Obtain permits and approvals from local authorities.
• Plan for safe removal, disposal or recycling of demolition waste.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resource allocation.
