Job description

We are currently working an innovative and unique medical device organisation, focused on wound closure and related products. They are embarking on an ambitious growth strategy which will allow development to those joining now.

We are looking for a National Clinical Education Specialist focused on clinical education, theatre based case covering and pre-sale expertise.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These will include the following listed below and other duties may be assigned depending on the needs of the business :

  • Oversee and support product evaluations
  • Support Implementation and adoption of products
  • Monitor usage and market trends
  • Maintain adequate records of account or potential account contact history
  • Co-ordinate with the appropriate Company personnel on Head Office visits by surgeons or hospital staff
  • Coordinate with the area manager the cases that need the clinical support will need to cover
  • Relate any relevant sales opportunities to the area manager
  • Work with the Customer Services Department on hospital requirements for short term consignments and the installation / management of accounts with long term consignment
  • Keep the Company informed of customer feedback, specifically in the field of post marketing surveillance and any other relevant market information

  • Strong understanding of wound closure
