Zusammenfassung

Kingdom People is seeking an Account Manager to oversee the Vitacress temporary labour service across Runcton and Andover. You will act as the key operational link between Kingdom People and Vitacress, coordinating workforce planning, recruitment, deployment, transport and compliance to meet KPI targets.

You will build strong client partnerships, drive continuous improvement and support Kingdom People’s growth across Sussex and Hampshire.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment, managed services or account management.
• Experience managing senior client relationships.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, workforce planning, attendance management and retention strategies.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Manage the Vitacress account across Runcton and Andover.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead client meetings, performance reviews and service discussions.
