Job summary

Kingdom People in Bognor Regis is seeking a Senior Client Account Consultant to coordinate client staffing and ensure orders are filled to a high standard. You will build strong client relationships, lead service reviews, and support the day-to-day running of the Bognor office.

You will also contribute to candidate attraction, interviewing, compliance, payroll processes and team leadership, while participating in weekend on-call coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience within a busy, high-volume temporary recruitment environment operating 24/7.
• Previous team leadership experience desirable, or a strong consultant ready to step into a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client staffing requirements and ensure orders are fulfilled.
• Build relationships with key clients and lead service reviews.
• Attend client meetings and take action items.
• Oversee weekly payroll and compliance checks.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, social media.
• Lead the Bognor Regis office in the absence of the Senior Operations Manager.
• Support the on-call rota and weekend coverage as required.
• Produce weekly reports and client updates.
