Job summary

Kingdom People in Bognor Regis is seeking a Senior Client Account Consultant to coordinate client staffing, build relationships, and lead recruitment operations. You will work with the Senior Operations Manager, manage client meetings, ensure orders are fulfilled to a high standard, and support payroll, compliance and candidate attraction.

You’ll lead by example, guide consultants, and help drive growth while delivering service excellence for key national clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience within a busy, high-volume temporary recruitment environment operating 24/7.
• Proven experience managing client accounts and delivering recruitment solutions.
• Previous team leadership experience desirable, or a strong consultant ready to step into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Operations Manager in delivering outstanding recruitment services across all Bognor clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring staffing requirements are fully understood and delivered.
• Attend and lead client meetings, service reviews and operational discussions.
• Take ownership of actions arising from client meetings and ensure successful completion.
• Respond promptly to client requests, sourcing fully compliant temporary workers.
• Advise clients on candidate availability, recruitment challenges and workforce solutions.
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally, escalating where appropriate.
• Provide leadership and support to the Bognor team in the absence of the Senior Operations Manager.
• Ensure weekly temporary worker payroll is completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Interview, screen and register candidates in line with client and company requirements.
• Complete candidate compliance checks and induction documentation.
• Source quality candidates through job boards, referrals, social media and networking.
• Maintain accurate candidate and temporary worker records.
• Produce weekly reports, management information and client updates.
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
• Promote Kingdom People positively through professional networking and social media platforms.
