Job summary

D R Newitt & Associates is seeking a National Account Manager with Grocery/Retailer experience to lead a major Retailer/Grocery account. You will drive sales growth, manage pricing and contracts, and partner with NPD, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver successful product launches.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will build senior-level relationships with customer stakeholders, develop joint business plans and forecast market opportunities to exceed targets.

A leading Food Manufacturer is currently looking for a National Account Manager with Grocery / Retailer experience to join their team. Reporting into the Sales Director, this National Account Manager will need a proven track record in delivering profitable sales growth through effective account management, strategic customer development and strong commercial execution. Experience with at least one or two of the top 4 in chilled categories is essential.

This role would be suitable for a Senior National Account Executive redy to step up.

National Account Manager responsibilities include:

You will be a Senior Commercial Manager / Senior National Account Manager with proven experience with former Grocery / Retailer Account Management experience and in a chilled food product category.

You will be able to demonstrable proven track record of delivering sales growth and commercial targets and have excellent negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Full UK driving licence is required.
