National Account Manager (Grocery) – Premium Gin Brand – Nationwide – Up to £50k

My client is an established and highly recommended Premium Spirit brand leading the industry. Founded by a well-known personality, it boasts a fantastic range of products, an exceptional liquid, and an exciting sustainability message. The product is present in both On and Off trade, with a focus on the luxury market.

The company is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead the Grocery and Retail division. This role involves managing relationships, promoting the brand, and driving growth in the OFF trade sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Grocery and Retail, be ambitious, driven, and eager for progression!

  • Manage sales, promote the product portfolio, and achieve revenue targets. Maintain relationships with Sainsbury's, Waitrose, and premium retailers such as Harvey Nichols, Harrods, and Selfridges.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador to clients and consumers.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate client meetings.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth.

Candidate requirements:

  • Proven experience in Account Management within Grocery and Retail sectors.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and financially driven.
  • Customer-focused approach aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Strong self-management and motivation skills.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to explain alcoholic product ranges confidently.
