A leading educational services provider in Leeds is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain and refurbish buildings across various campuses. The role involves preventative and reactive maintenance, health and safety compliance, and requires a flexible approach to work, including travel. Ideal candidates will have relevant electrical certifications and experience in building maintenance. Qualifications
Must possess relevant certifications in electrical installations.
Experience with M&E systems and building maintenance is essential.
Ability to work independently while being a part of a team.
Responsibilities
Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across estates.
Monitor building conditions and undertake necessary repairs.
Assist in planning refurbishment projects and maintain compliance.
Skills
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations
Previous experience in building maintenance
Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques
Flexible and proactive approach
Familiarity with COSHH requirements
Interpersonal skills
Full, Clean Driving License
