Job summary

A recognized education services provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain and refurbish facilities across their estates. The role includes preventative and reactive maintenance, compliance with health and safety regulations, and involvement in refurbishment projects. Qualifications

• Must hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent NVQ is required.
• Experience in building maintenance including M&E systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across the estate.
• Monitor condition of buildings and undertake repairs.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexibility and proactive approach

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Interpersonal skills

Full, Clean Driving License
