Job summary

Think Recruitment is assisting a nationwide Housing Association to recruit qualified multiskilled tradesmen for Liverpool and surrounding areas. You will join an award-winning maintenance team delivering quality reactive works in void properties.

The role requires NVQ Level 2+ in a relevant trade, a full UK driving licence, own vehicle and tools. Pay is £19.00 per hour (CIS or Umbrella), Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:30, 40 hours weekly, initial 3-month contract with extension possible.

A brilliant opportunity for qualified tradesmen looking to join an award-winning maintenance team as part of a nationwide Housing Association in Liverpool and surrounding areas.

Our client are looking for experienced multiskilled tradesmen with carpentry qualifications, as well as competencies in other trades with a proven track record for quality work and experience. If you are looking to put your foot in the door for consistent work as part of a highly experienced and award-winning team, this is the perfect chance to do so.

The day-to-day will involve working in void properties doing reactive works such as repairing/installing architraves, skirting, hanging doors, re-plastering, tiling, etc. to prep properties for new tenants.

Pay Rate: £19.00 P/H (CIS or Umbrella)

Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 - Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week

Length: 3 Months - can be extended

Locations: Liverpool

Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or above in a relevant trade, full UK Driving licence, own vehicle, and tools. Materials will be provided
