Job summary

18 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative for external joinery and fencing in Liverpool. This is an initial 8-week contract with potential extension or temp-to-perm, rate of £19 per hour, working Monday to Friday on-site.

The role involves completing external joinery and fencing tasks, interacting with tenants, and delivering quality workmanship in occupied properties. Own tools and a CSCS card are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ in Joinery or a relevant trade is essential.
• Valid CSCS Card is essential.
• Experience working within social housing.
• Ability to deal professionally with tenants in occupied properties.
• Own transport to travel to site each day.
• Own tools.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete external joinery and fencing works.
• Install and repair fencing.
• Manufacture and fit timber gates.
• Carry out door and window maintenance and repairs.
• Gutter repairs and maintenance.
• Install and replace concrete fence panels.
• General external property repairs and maintenance.
• Liaise professionally with tenants and provide excellent customer service in occupied homes.

• Completing various external joinery and fencing works
• Installing and repairing fencing
• Manufacturing and fitting timber gates
• Fitting and repairing store doors
• Door and window maintenance and repairs
• Gutter repairs and maintenance
• Installing and replacing concrete fence panels
• General external property repairs and maintenance
• Liaising professionally with tenants and providing excellent customer service while working in occupied homes

Requirements:
