Job summary

Think Recruitment is assisting a nationwide Housing Association to recruit qualified multiskilled tradesmen for Liverpool and surrounding areas. You will join an award-winning maintenance team delivering quality reactive works in void properties.

The role requires NVQ Level 2+ in a relevant trade, a full UK driving licence, own vehicle and tools. Pay is £19.00 per hour (CIS or Umbrella), Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:30, 40 hours weekly, initial 3-month contract with extension possible.

Qualifications

• Materials will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Reactive works in void properties including architraves, skirting, doors, plastering, tiling.
• Prepare properties for new tenants with quality workmanship.
