Responsibilities

• Complete carpentry and associated multi-trade works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Take ownership of jobs from start to finish, achieving first-time fixes wherever possible.
• Work within agreed timescales, budgets and health and safety requirements.
• Identify when additional trades or specialist support is required.
• Accurately record completed works using electronic systems.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to deliver an effective repairs service.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with residents and clients.

Working across social housing properties, the role will involve delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services while providing an excellent service to residents. Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Comfortable working at height, on uneven ground and within confined spaces where required.
